Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our client's team. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide insights that optimize operations, improve customer experiences, and enhance product performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.

• Analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business outcomes.

• Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to communicate insights to stakeholders.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand data needs and support strategic initiatives.

• Use statistical techniques and data modeling to drive predictive analysis and forecasting.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements based on data analysis.

• Ensure data integrity and security across all analytical processes.

• Stay current with industry trends, tools, and best practices in data analysis and visualization.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field.

• Proven experience in data analysis, preferably in a business or tech environment.

• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as SQL, Excel, Python, or R.

• Strong knowledge of data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

• Understanding of statistical methods and data modeling.

• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

• Ability to communicate complex data insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

• Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with big data technologies (e.g., Hadoop, Spark).

• Knowledge of machine learning concepts and applications.

• Understanding of cloud data platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.

• Prior experience with scripting and automation for data processing.

• Exposure to Agile project management methodologies.
