Job Description:
We are looking for a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our client's team. You will develop and execute marketing strategies, manage campaigns, and analyze market trends to drive brand awareness and customer engagement. Working closely with sales, product, and design teams, you will help shape our company’s market presence and growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and optimize marketing campaigns across multiple channels including digital, social media, email, and events.
Conduct market research and analyze customer behavior, competition, and industry trends to identify growth opportunities.
Create compelling content and messaging for marketing materials, social media, websites, and newsletters.
Collaborate with product and sales teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
Monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns using analytics tools and recommend improvements.
Manage vendor relationships including agencies, freelance creatives, and media partners.
Coordinate events, webinars, and promotional activities to engage target audiences.
Ensure brand consistency in all marketing communications.
Support lead generation efforts and nurture campaigns through the sales funnel.
Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and trends.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in technology or B2B sectors.
Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, SEO, email marketing software).
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
Creative mindset with attention to detail.
Experience with content creation and graphic design tools is a plus.
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate across teams.
Preferred Skills:
Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
Experience with marketing automation tools and lead nurturing strategies.
Knowledge of web analytics platforms like Google Analytics.
Understanding of paid advertising and SEO best practices.
